Welcome to DART! These Terms of Service govern your use of the DART website, operated by Yitong Zhang (Edgar). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Content

   • DART is an art and design magazine that showcases digital art and design from creators worldwide. The content displayed on the Site belongs to the respective creators, and DART does not claim ownership over any of the displayed works.

   • You may view, share, and interact with the content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the content for any commercial purpose without obtaining prior permission from the respective creators.

2. Third-Party Links

   • The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources, such as Instagram. DART has no control over such sites and resources, and you acknowledge and agree that DART is not responsible for the availability of these external sites or resources.

   • DART does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that DART shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such site or resource.

3. Intellectual Property

   • All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on the Site are the property of their respective owners. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on the Site without the express written consent of the respective owners.

4. No Account Creation or Transactions

   • Users are not permitted to create accounts on the Site, and no transactions are conducted through the Site. DART is a non-profit platform and does not sell any products or services.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

   • The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. DART makes no warranty that the Site will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

   • DART does not warrant the accuracy, quality, completeness, or reliability of any content displayed on the Site.

6. Limitation of Liability

   • In no event shall DART or its affiliates, partners, licensors, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.

   • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DART and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

   • DART reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

   • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

The content published by DART Magazine is intended for informational and editorial purposes only. The articles, including interpretations and news reports, may reference original works to which we have no direct affiliation. DART Magazine reserves the right to report on any topic of interest, and our coverage does not imply any endorsement, collaboration, or connection to the creators or owners of the original works.

Contributing writers are invited by DART Magazine, but they retain the rights to their own work. DART Magazine holds the right to publish and promote these articles, but ownership remains with the authors. DART Magazine will always stand with all the original creators.

As of 2024, DART is owned, designed, and managed by Yitong Zhang(Edgar). DART is also founded by Edgar in June 2023, and later on transformed into a magazine in December 2023.
