Although we can’t provide compensation, we would love you to submit your insight of the art world and let DART Magazine support by publishing it.

Submit

Organize your piece into a Google Doc, with images inserted where you want them.

Please email Edgar yt@dartleague.org the link. If this is time sensetive, please inform us.

Upload

After being reviewed(will be notified), please organize/send the following in one Google Folder:

Google Doc:

  1. Share the peice as a Google Doc or Word Doc with images inserted where you want them to be placed. 

  2. Make sure the article comes with a subtitle

  3. Below the image, please put caption in this way: 

    Artist Name. Artwork Name, 1963(Year). Material. Size. Image Courtesy.

  4. Make sure to properly italics the names of works in the article, and place link where that’s needed.

Review

We will finish the layout in 2 days upon receiving the folder and send the PDF of the layout to you for review, and finalize the publish/release date.

Feel free to tell us the Instagram handles that you wish the post to collaborate with when released. 

Thank you in advance for doing so, please put the Google Doc, folder of images, and writer bio in one Google folder, email/share to Edgar.

Publish

  1. Images sent as separate files, jpg/png, named. File no bigger than 20mb.

Writer bio:

  1. If this is your first time submitting, please include a 1:1 profile pic image, a short bio of you(the writer), you may include a personal website link as well.
