Intro
The global environmental deterioration and ecological crisis have caused contemporary visual artists to think about the relationship between man and nature. As visual creators, they need to re-examine that relationship at present.
Sparrow
The shooting of the work "Sparrow" started from the urban population interference incident targeted at the early stage of exploration of ecological protection in China, and centered on the current situation of the integration of human and wild animal living spaces, placing past and future in the same photographic narrative scene.
Pigeon
The work "Racing Pigeon" was shot in a racing pigeon loft in the suburbs of Beijing. The author deliberately amplified the surreal elements in the picture, trying to present the alienation caused by human control and intervention of a certain species in the photography narrative through visual media.
Red-billed Chough
The construction of urban high rise buildings has brought about the continuous squeeze of the living space of animals. Animals are lost in the accumulation of urban creations in a staggered state.
The work "Red-billed Chough" revolves around the problems caused by the glass of many urban office buildings. Created based on the the phenomenon of bird strikes.
Outro
This work takes the birds inhabiting the city as the subject of this photography, which combines Photoshop and the placement of animal symbol elements to form an image language to express the relationship between man and nature, and conveys the non-human-centered image narrative concept.
